The goods are packed with the utmost care and prepared for shipment. Nevertheless, during transport things can get broken. If a return shipment is necessary, contact us via the contact form and we will take care of the return.

Please note that a refund due to differing colors of the glaze is not possible, as it is a handmade product and you have also been advised of possible color variations in the product description. If you are still dissatisfied, please contact us and we will find a solution.

FAQ's Return Policy

The product will be shipped within 3-5 days after the order. Longer shipping times may still occur and depend on the utilization of the shipping service provider.
